	By clicking “Submit My Story” on this Release, you hereby grant Commercial Loan Finance Ltd. (“CLF”) an irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty free right to copy, distribute, display, publish, and use, to the extent provided, your testimonial, biographical data, and persona, to the extent applicable (collectively, your “Testimonial”) in and through any media in existence or yet to be invented (including print, digital, electronic, broadcast, or otherwise, such as placement on CLF’s website (www.colofinance.co.uk)), for any purpose whatsoever, including publicity and advertising, subject to grammatical and consistency related modifications. You authorize CLF to use and disclose your Testimonial in its marketing and public relations efforts, including in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites, or in any other distribution media. You agree that you have no monetary or other claim against CLF for the use of the Testimonial, and you specifically consent to the compositing, distortion, or editing of any Testimonial. You waive the right of prior approval for the use of the Testimonial and hereby waive any right to inspect the finished product. You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless CLF from any liability and from all claims for damages of any kind based on its use of your Testimonial or information provided within the Testimonial. You irrevocably grant to CLF: (1) permission to use any photo uploaded (each, a “Photo”), (2) ownership of the copyright in the Testimonial and any Photo, and (3) the right to identify you by name in connection with the Testimonial and Photo. You understand that you will receive no compensation for your consent and that all information, and data will become the property of CLF. You attest that you are at least 18 years of age and are competent to contract in your own name. You understand that signing this Release is voluntary.
